i want to stay in a RV park in Oregon. It seems whether i want monthly or weekly stay i have been asked to fill an extensive lease agreement asking for credit and background check, proof i have three times the rent asked, register guests at all times (this is not a secured site) have no storage but have to "store" bikes etc. Give source of income and allow them to contact employer. These are just some of the requirements. are they legal and can such things be asked.
