If you do plan to spend one of your nights partying hard, keep it romantic by spending your day visiting the Santos Tomas Winery in Ensenada. Think of it as a jumpstart to the night ahead. Santos Tomas Winery is the most established winery in Baja. The picturesque drive through wine country alone is worth the trip. The tour of Santos Tomas Winery concludes with all the wine you can drink accompanied by some breads and cheeses.
